How do I register on Bet770?
Registration is free so hurry up and enjoy our lucrative welcome offers. Registering is simple: click on the register tab on the website and fill in the form. Finish your registration by clicking on create account.
Is it possible to use different accounts on Bet770?
Players can only use one account on 770. Using several different accounts is considered to be against our terms and conditions and could lead to the player being suspended and having his account closed.
What do I do if I forget my username or password?
If you have forgotten your password, click on Forgotten your password? on the top right of the screen and fill in the form. A new temporary password will be sent to you by e-mail. We recommend that you change it once you sign in.
How can I suspend or close my account on the website?
If you wish to suspend your Bet770 account temporarily, sign in and then click on My bets on the top right of the page and then on Ban me in the menu on the right. If you wish to use your account again at the end of this period, contact our customer service department.
How do I make a deposit?
Deposits can be made safely and easily. Sign into the website and then click on Deposit on the top right. You will see all the payment methods that we offer.
I can’t seem to make a deposit with my bank card.
Firstly, we advise you to ensure that the card number and the security code (3 last digits on the back of the card) are correct. Also, be sure that the expiry date is valid.
We also suggest that you contact your bank to be sure that there are no restrictions on your card. If the problem persists, you should contact the customer service department.
We would like to remind you that other payment methods are also available, such as bank transfer, using Moneybookers, Neteller, Click2Pay...
How can I transfer my Bet770 balance to another Group770 site?
Go to the Cashier by clicking on Make a Deposit on the top right and click on Transfer. Then, choose the account to be debited and the account you wish to credit.
Please note that this type of transfer is only possible if you don’t have an active bonus on your Bet770 account. If this is the case, you should use all of it.
This restriction will automatically be cancelled when this bonus is used and you will be able to activate the option to transfer your balance from Bet770 to Casino770.
How do I withdraw?
Go to the Cashier, then the Withdraw section.
Enter the requested bank details and confirm your request. Your refund request will then be registered and processed by our payment agent.
How can I cancel a withdrawal request?

Come and have a look at our betting guide, which will soon be available.
How can I see my bets?
Login to your Bet770 account, then click on MY BETS on the top right hand side of the page. You will then be able to see a list of all your bets, stakes and status of each bet. By clicking on My History, you will be able to see your bets by date, bet type or in order.
What are the minimum and maximum stakes?
You can bet with a minimum stake of £0.25. The maximum depends on the events you choose.
How can I cancel a bet?
Once a bet is confirmed, unfortunately, it is no longer possible to change your mind or to modify it. This rule can be found in the Bet770 terms and conditions and is valid for all sports betting sites.
What do I do if a match is postponed or cancelled?
If you have placed a bet on an event (match or competition) which has been cancelled, stopped in the middle or postponed, this bet remains valid if the event takes place within 48 hours of the initial start time. In all other cases including tennis matches, this bet will be considered null and void.
However, if a match is suspended after a bet has been placed (for example, the half time result), the bet will be taken into account as usual.
What are bonuses?
Bonuses are amounts of money given to you under certain conditions that allow you to place bets without spending your own deposited money. They work like their own separate balances, the difference being that you aren't automatically able to withdraw any of their funds without first meeting the conditions depending on its type.
- Any winnings made on a bonus balance go into its playable amount.
- You can use a bonus until either its playable amount is at £0 or it has reached its expiry date.
- If a bonus balance has withdrawable funds when it expires they are automatically transferred to your real balance.
What are the different types of bonus?
There are two types of bonus on Bet770, and each has their conditions:
- Playthrough means the bonus has to be bet in total a certain number of times before any playable funds above the original amount can be withdrawn. Playthrough bonuses can't be placed on odds of lower than 1.5.
Example:
£10 bonus with playthrough x5 means the £10 needs to be placed 5 times before any playable funds above the original £10 can be withdrawn.
- Stake-not-returned means that, when played, the winnings will not include the original bonus stake amount. Stake-not-returned bonuses have to be used all in one go and cannot be split up.
Example:
£10 bonus stake-not-returned means the whole £10 needs to be placed in one go. All winnings can be withdrawn immediately, but winnings will not include the original £10.
Where can I find out about my bonuses?
If you just want a quick overview of your balances, when you are logged in you will see your Total Balance on the user bar at the top of the page. This is the sum of both your real money and any bonuses you have.
Furthermore, if you click on this area you will get a breakdown of your balances, showing your Real Balance, your own real, deposited money and any winnings from bets placed with it, your Bonus Balance, a total of all bonuses you can use to place bets with, your Withdrawable Bonus Balance, a total of what money you have in your bonuses that is possible to withdraw, as well as a summed total of both playable and withdrawable amounts.
If you would like a far more in-depth view of what bonuses are active on your account, as well as those you have had previously, you can access the new My Bonuses section under My Account:
In the top green table are all bonuses that are currently active on your account and can be used for betting, and in the bottom red table are those bonuses that have either run out or previously reached their expiry date.
Information such as the date the bonus was received, the original received amount, what type of bonus it is, when it will (or when it did) expire, as well as how much money is both playable and withdrawable from it is shown in these tables. Other information, such as how much playthrough is remaining, will depend on the type of bonus.
How do my bonuses get used?
When placing a bet, bonuses will automatically be used first unless you specifically opt out of using them and choose to use just your Real Balance instead. In order to make this process as seamless and as easy as possible, additional information has been added into the betting slip to inform you of how your bonuses and real money will be used on the current bet, as well as let you change whether or not to only use your Real Balance.
In the betting slip seen to the left, we can see that we have chosen to place a Single Bet, a Selection with Odds of 1.95, a Stake of £30, and our Total Returns for this bet is £58.50.
You will notice that next to Total Stake there is a + button. Clicking on this will open up a section detailing exactly how your total stake will be taken from your account, using your Real Balance and Bonus Balance where it is necessary.
This can be seen in the betting slip to the right, where it shows we will be using £5.00 from the Real Balance, and £25.00 from the Bonus Balance.
If you wish to just use your Real Balance on a bet, and not use your bonuses at all, then all you have to do is check the Use Real Balance Only box underneath your chosen Stake. This choice will be reflected in the Stake Breakdown as well.
If the placed bet wins when you use a mixture of both Real and Bonus Balance, the Total Returns is split in the same ratio the Total Stake originally was. To use the shown bet as an example:
|
Total Stake: Real Balance amount used: Bonus Balance amount used:
Total Returns: Real Balance amount won: Bonus Balance amount won: |
£30.00 £ 5.00 £25.00
£58.50 £ 9.75 £48.75 |
(1/6 of total stake) (5/6 of total stake)
(1/6 of total returns) (5/6 of total returns) |
Below we can see how the balance breakdown changes from our initial balances, to how they appear once we have placed the example bet, and finally how they appear once we have won the placed example bet:

Before Placing the Bet
After Placing the Bet

After Winning the Bet
Furthermore, below we can see the changes to the more detailed information of the My Bonuses section after the bet has won. As we can see, the Playable amount, as well as the Playthrough remaining value (as the bonus used was a Playthrough-type bonus), have both been updated:

If more than one bonus is used in a placed bet then, just like how Real and Bonus Balances are split when placing a bet, its winnings are split in the ratio that is taken from each individual bonus.
I see warnings in my betting slip, what do these mean?
Under certain conditions, the different types of bonus will not be able to be used in your current betting slip. These can be seen under the What are the different types of bonus? question above, but we will go into some more detail with them here now.
In this example, we will have both Real Funds and a Playthrough bonus. On the betting slip to the left we have chosen a Selection with Odds of 1.25. As Playthrough-type bonuses can’t be used on any bets with Odds of 1.5 or less, this warning is shown to give us an explanation as to why the Stake Breakdown only shows it using a Real Balance amount.
If we had chosen more than one selection, then if any of them had Odds of 1.5 or less (including all selections within Combination/System bets) we would be shown this warning as well.
In this next example, we will have both Real Funds and a Stake-Not-Returned bonus of £10. On the betting slip to the right we have a chosen Stake of £5. As Stake-Not-Returned bonuses need to be used in their entirety and not able to be split up, this warning lets us know that it will not be used for this bet and why the Stake Breakdown only shows it using a Real Balance amount.
If we changed the Stake to £10 or more, this warning would automatically disappear and we would see a Bonus Balance being used in the Stake Breakdown.
However, we would then be given another warning as shown on the left, underneath the Total Returns. What this is informing us about is that the Total Returns to this bet will be lower than possibly expected. This is, again, due to using our Stake-Not-Returned bonus, which as the name suggests means that any winnings we get on this bet will not include the Stake-Not-Returned bonus’s amount.
In addition to these warnings, if your Total Stake goes beyond your available Total Balance, you will receive a message under the Stake Breakdown informing you that you don’t have enough funds in your account. If you click on the button underneath this message you will be taken to the Cashier where you can deposit money into your account.
I’m placing live bets and my bonuses aren’t changing, what’s going on?
Due to the way Live Betting works, we are unable to offer use of your bonuses on them.
On the user bar, where the total balance is usually shown, there will be your Real Balance only, with an information bubble reminding of why they are unavailable for use.
We hope to get bonuses working on live betting at a later date and will inform you when it is possible.
I have received a Promotional Code for a bonus, where do I use this?
Once you are logged in, click on the Cashier button on the user bar. This will open up the Cashier in a popup window.
When the Cashier has opened, go to the Navigation section Bonus Account. From here you can enter your Promotional Code in the top section of the page.
If the Promotional Code you have entered is successful, and the Promotional Code was for a bonus to be credited to your account, you may notice that Your Bet Money does not change. This is because bonuses are not immediately withdrawable. To check your new balance please exit the Cashier and go back to the main site, where your balance should be updated or in the process of updating.
What does the message « Odds of less than 1.5 are not accepted » mean?
This message means that a bonus is active in your account. With all active bonuses, you are required to bet with odds of at least 1.5. This message will appear while your Playthrough hasn’t been completely used. This restriction will then be automatically be cancelled.
How can I place a bet when the message ''minimum of 3 bets required'' appears?
It can occur that a bet can not only be processed if you make at least three bets on the same event, in the form of a combination bet.
