1. INTRODUCTION

1.3 By clicking "I Agree" on the registration page, the player accepts the use of electronic communications to conclude contracts and waives any claims to any rights or conditions based on applicable laws or regulations, in whichever jurisdiction it may be which require an original signature (not electronic), within the limits of the law.

1.4 It is the sole responsibility of the player to read and understand these Terms & Conditions, before agreeing to them. It is also the player's responsibility to know if their gaming is legal in their jurisdiction.

2. INTERPRETATION

2.1 In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context requires differently:

2.1.1 References to these current Terms and Conditions include references to any modified Terms and Conditions, or supplemented and / or replaced in any way, periodically;

2.1.2 In case of conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any other document referred to in these Terms of Use, these Terms and Conditions will prevail;

2.1.3 References to Bet770 or any company of the Group770 (as defined in Section 3.4) shall be deemed to include their respective successors, beneficiaries or transferees;

2.1.4 References to articles or subdivisions are references to articles and subdivisions of these Terms and Conditions;

2.1.5 Section headings are for reference only and shall not affect the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions.

2.1.6 References to any published text will be deemed to include references to the amended, modified or extended text,  and to all related texts;

2.1.7 References to a "person" includes any individual, company, partnership, association, joint venture, association, organization, institution, trust or agency, having a distinct  legal character;

2.1.8 References to a gender include every gender and references to the singular include the plural and vice versa;

2.1.9 References to "bets" includes a reference to "stakes" and "games";

2.1.10 References to servers or "our servers", if appropriate, include a reference to Bet770 servers and third party servers used to provide  services or the site;

2.1.11 Any sentence introduced by the words "comprising" or "including" or a similar expression is indicative and does not limit the meaning of words that follow, and will be considered "without limitation."

3. OPENING OF AN ACCOUNT

3.1. To place one or more bets on Bet770 ("Services"), the Player must open an account with Bet770 ("Account"). The Player may request to open an account by filling out the application form in real time at [http://bet.770.com/register].

3.2 In applying for an account, the Player declares and guarantees that:

3.2.1 The Player is at least eighteen (18) years old to sign up for the Services, or the legal minimum age under the laws which apply when using the site. The Player understands that the use of Bet770 services is inappropriate for minors and that the player must not help a child to request or use an Account. Criminal and /or civil procedures may be brought against the Player and any other person linked to taking part in such activity. Bet770 reserves the right to transmit, at its sole discretion, any information to the appropriate authorities and without notice to the Player. In such a case, the Player waives all rights of any nature that may be recognised anywhere of the communication of such information. 3.4 A Player cannot open an account or use Bet770 Services if the Player or any member of his household is or has been, over the last 2 years, employed by Bet770 or by the Group 770. In the section 3.4, « Employed » includes third party contractors such as dealers, software vendors, developers or associates and any person affiliated with any Group 770 companies. « Group770 companies » includes Bet770 and it includes any holding company or subsidiary of Bet 770 and any subsidiary of the holding company itself and any company connected to this holding company or subsidiary.

3.5 A Player cannot request or open an account if he is not the account holder or if he is acting on behalf of someone else or on behalf of the account or for the benefit of a third party.

3.6 A Player can only possess one account with Bet770, and Bet770 reserves the right to close all multiple accounts that are open, under the same name or connected to the same person, and in this case, Bet770 will credit the first account that the Player opened with Bet770 with the balances from the other accounts that will have been closed. 3.8 The Player understands and agrees that Bet770 does not guarantee, in any capacity whatsoever, that the use of the site by the Player is legal in any given territory, and it is the Player's own responsibility to ensure the legality of its actions. 4. IDENTIFICATION

4.1 When a player requests an Account, Bet770 reserves the right to:

4.1.1 Request proof of your identity, age and origin of your funds, and even if the Player's account has been opened, to block it at our discretion whenever we are not satisfied with the information provided;

5. PLAYER'S PERSONAL INFORMATION

6. CURRENCY

6.1 Transactions can be made in Euros (EUR / €) or Pounds Sterling (GBP / £). The currency that the player uses must be the same currency that the player chose when he opened his account. 7. DEPOSITS AND WITHDRAWALS

9. USE OF ACCOUNT BY THE PLAYER

15. RESPONSIBLE GAMING

16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

18. DISASTER RECOVERY

19.2 Bet770 does not tolerate abusive or violent behaviour towards its employees. Bet770 considers that if a player behaves in this way, Bet770 reserves the right to suspend and / or close the player's account and / or take any other appropriate action.

19.3 If a player is making a claim, he must notify our Customer Service department by email at support@Bet770.com, by phone on (+44) 207 193 5596 or by live chat. Bet770 will do its very best to resolve any problem as quickly as possible. 20. GENERAL

20.1 Bet770 may defer implementation of their rights under these Terms without abandoning their rights and without losing them.

20.2 Failure for Bet770 to exercise their rights under these Terms does not constitute a general waiver of those rights.

20.3 Bet770 will not be liable to the Player of a breach of these Terms caused by circumstances beyond the control of Bet770 or in instances of force majeure.

20.4 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Player and Bet770 regarding the use of the service by the Player and supersede all previous agreements regarding the service.

20.5 If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that reflects as closely as possible the intent of the original provision and the remainder of these Terms will continue to full effect.

21. CHANGES

21.1 The player accepts that Bet770 may change, update or change these Terms and Conditions in any way at any time, at the sole discretion of Bet770. Such changes will be legally binding and will take effect as soon as they are published on the website or as soon as you are notified. It is the player’s sole responsibility to ensure he knows the Terms and Conditions  in place. 22. APPLICABLE LAW

22.1 This contract is governed by the discretion of Bet770 or by the laws of England or by the laws of Dutch Antilles, whose courts are competent to settle any dispute arising there from. Bet770 cannot accept liability under the laws of another jurisdiction.

23. RULES OF BETS

23.1 Placing a Bet

23.1.1 All bets placed on Bet770 are between two parties: Bet770 and the player who made the bet. Each bet is considered valid as soon as the player confirms his bet on the site and confirmed as soon as the stake appears in the player's account. Once the bet is confirmed, the player can not cancel it or change it.

23.1.2 Bet770 reserves the right to refuse to validate bets without giving notice, justification or compensation. Bet770 will not be responsible for clerical errors of typing, transmission or odds. Bet770 reserves the right to correct later, with retroactive effect, any obvious errors about unforeseen events or results (eg an erroneous reversal of the teams, results, etc.).

23.1.3 The player agrees, when placing a bet that:

i. He was not informed of the outcome of events involved in a bet once the bet is placed;

ii. The bet is not affected by an event in which the player is actively involved in any capacity whatsoever. In such cases, Bet770 reserves the right to cancel the bet (s) concerned;

iii. In cases where information on the likely outcome of a competition might be announced during the period that bet is being confirmed, Bet770 have the right to cancel the bet concerned. For individual bets, this means that Bet770 will refund the stake in the player's account. For multiple bets, the bets will not be cancelled, but the odds will be calculated without taking into account the odds of the bet which was declared void. The odds will be set at 1.00.

iv. If a bet is on an event in which it has been established that the results had been fixed or predetermined, Bet770 has the right to cancel this bet.

v. Bet770 indicates the time and the time limit after which it is no longer possible to place a bet, regardless of the real start time of the event. Bet770 enforces the rule that the winner of a specific competition is the person or team declared the winner at midnight on the day that the event ends. Any change of results or classification arising after this time limit, for example due to a disciplinary measure,  has no impact on the outcome of the competition, stated earlier. However, if evidence is established that the result has been prearranged, Bet770 reserves the right to cancel bets placed on this competition so that the player gets back his stake.

vi. With the exception of bets placed on tennis and baseball matches, if an event (game or competition) is cancelled, postponed or put back to a later date, all bets already placed are still valid if the event takes place within 48 hours of its original departure time. Otherwise, bets will be considered to be void. However, bets connected to results that have already been announced at the time of the suspension (for example, the result at half-time) will be paid as usual. In case competitions are presented incorrectly (eg confusion between home team / away team or an opponent who is not playing against the team shown), the relevant bets will be void. If at least two competitors are declared winners (tie), the odds will be recalculated so that the player's winnings are divided by the number of tied winners.
For example: In a Formula 1 race, scenario in which Lewis Hamilton has odds of 6.00 to win and Fernando Alonso has odds of 3.00 to win. If the two cars cross the finish line at exactly the same time, both are winners. If the player bet £5 on a Hamilton victory, the winnings will be calculated as follows: 5 x (((6-1) / 2) + 1) = £17.50 winnings. If the player bet £10 on a Alonso victory, his winnings will be calculated as follows: 10 x (((3-1) / 2) + 1) = £20 winnings. If there are any mistakes / discrepancies with names and numbers of a competitor, Bet770 will take the name of the competitor accounted for, for results of bets.
For bets placed on a tennis match, if a player abandons the match, the bet will be void and will be refunded. If it is a system or combination bet, the odds are reset to 1. 

 

For all cancelled or postponed baseball games, all bets that have already been placed, remain valid if the event takes place within 12 hours of the original scheduled start time; all other bets will be cancelled.

vii. Bet770’s recordings are definitive proof of validity and limits of all the bets that players place and the circumstances in which they were made.

23.2 Winnings from sports bets

23.2.1 Winnings will be automatically paid into the player's account as soon as possible after the event is completed, they can be used immediately to place other bets.
23.2.2 Bet770 reserves the right to correct any potential calculation errors in the player's account balance at any time, including bets whose winnings have been awarded. Bet770 will contact the player with a report of corrections made.

23.2.3 The maximum winnings that can be paid is limited to £20,000 per player per bet, regarding a single bet or multiple. Bet770 applies this rule without obligation to notify the player - when the player confirms his bet - the potential winnings for the bet that the player has just placed is above the limit of £20,000 that will be paid if the player wins his bet.

23.2.4 The maximum winnings that can be accumulated in one week (Monday at 00:01 until the following Sunday at midnight (CET) is £50,000. The minimum stake for all bets is £0.25. There is no maximum limit set for bets, however Bet770 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake for some bets, without disclosing it on the website. If this is the case and if the player places a bet with a stake that exceeds the limit set by Bet770, the system will accept the bet and inform the player. If the player has placed several identical bets (single bets or combination bets, single or multiple) and the winnings exceed this limit, Bet770 reserves the right to reduce the stakes that the player has placed on these bets so that the winnings are within the limits.

23.3 Sports Bets Promotions

23.3.1 Players may be eligible to participate in bonus programs, the conditions of which will be at the discretion of Bet770 and non communicable. Any bonus offered by Bet770 is limited to one per account per household. The player cannot use free bets to bet on combination bets unless a first deposit has been made first. To withdraw winnings from the bonus, the bonus (or other promotions) must be bet eight times on one or more different matches, with minimum odds of 1.5.

23.3.2 For credit and account balance that have been credited thanks to promotions, the player is aware that only one bonus will be awarded per e-mail address and per credit card or Moneybookers account. The same rule applies to referral: Bet770 will not give a bonus for a referral if the referrer and the referee have the same email address or credit card.

23.3.3 Bet770 reserves the right to cancel a bonus offer at any time in case of misuse of the offer. For accounts credited with a bonus - the player's first bet will be firstly taken from the deposit and then from the bonus. If the player attempts to withdraw the bonus just after his first deposit, the bonus will not be credited and will be automatically cancelled. 1.2 Bet770 is operated by Coaldale Enterprises Limited, with the headquarters ("BET 770", "we" "us," "our") located at 4, Diagorou, - Kermia Building, Flat / Office 103 - PC 1097, Nicosia , Cyprus.

1.3 By clicking "I Agree" on the registration page, the player accepts the use of electronic communications to conclude contracts and waives any claims to any rights or conditions based on applicable laws or regulations, in whichever jurisdiction it may be which require an original signature (not electronic), within the limits of the law.

1.4 It is the sole responsibility of the player to read and understand these Terms & Conditions, before agreeing to them. It is also the player's responsibility to know if their gaming is legal in their jurisdiction.

2. INTERPRETATION

2.1 In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context requires differently:

2.1.1 References to these current Terms and Conditions include references to any modified Terms and Conditions, or supplemented and / or replaced in any way, periodically;

2.1.2 In case of conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any other document referred to in these Terms of Use, these Terms and Conditions will prevail;

2.1.3 References to Bet770 or any company of the Group770 (as defined in Section 3.4) shall be deemed to include their respective successors, beneficiaries or transferees;

2.1.4 References to articles or subdivisions are references to articles and subdivisions of these Terms and Conditions;

2.1.5 Section headings are for reference only and shall not affect the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions.

2.1.6 References to any published text will be deemed to include references to the amended, modified or extended text,  and to all related texts;

2.1.7 References to a "person" includes any individual, company, partnership, association, joint venture, association, organization, institution, trust or agency, having a distinct  legal character;

2.1.8 References to a gender include every gender and references to the singular include the plural and vice versa;

2.1.9 References to "bets" includes a reference to "stakes" and "games";

2.1.10 References to servers or "our servers", if appropriate, include a reference to Bet770 servers and third party servers used to provide  services or the site;

2.1.11 Any sentence introduced by the words "comprising" or "including" or a similar expression is indicative and does not limit the meaning of words that follow, and will be considered "without limitation."

3. OPENING OF AN ACCOUNT

3.1. To place one or more bets on Bet770 ("Services"), the Player must open an account with Bet770 ("Account"). The Player may request to open an account by filling out the application form in real time at [http://bet.770.com/register].

3.2 In applying for an account, the Player declares and guarantees that:

3.2.1 The Player is at least eighteen (18) years old to sign up for the Services, or the legal minimum age under the laws which apply when using the site. The Player understands that the use of Bet770 services is inappropriate for minors and that the player must not help a child to request or use an Account. Check the legislations in place in your country, if you are authorised to play from 18 or 21 years old.

3.2.3 Any information provided by the Player, the request for an Account, or later in relation to the Player account is complete, accurate, up to date, not misleading, and Bet770 will inform the player immediately in case any of this information changes;

3.2.4 The Player has verified the legality of the use of the site for any law applicable to him, and has found that such use is strictly legal under all applicable laws and regulations of any relevant authority;

Criminal and /or civil procedures may be brought against the Player and any other person linked to taking part in such activity. Bet770 reserves the right to transmit, at its sole discretion, any information to the appropriate authorities and without notice to the Player. In such a case, the Player waives all rights of any nature that may be recognised anywhere of the communication of such information. In addition, Bet770 reserves the right to withold all the funds Bet770 believe to be fraudulent or related to unlawful activity, without giving reason to the Player for witholding said funds.

3.4 A Player cannot open an account or use Bet770 Services if the Player or any member of his household is or has been, over the last 2 years, employed by Bet770 or by the Group 770. In the section 3.4, « Employed » includes third party contractors such as dealers, software vendors, developers or associates and any person affiliated with any Group 770 companies. « Group770 companies » includes Bet770 and it includes any holding company or subsidiary of Bet 770 and any subsidiary of the holding company itself and any company connected to this holding company or subsidiary.

3.5 A Player cannot request or open an account if he is not the account holder or if he is acting on behalf of someone else or on behalf of the account or for the benefit of a third party.

3.6 A Player can only possess one account with Bet770, and Bet770 reserves the right to close all multiple accounts that are open, under the same name or connected to the same person, and in this case, Bet770 will credit the first account that the Player opened with Bet770 with the balances from the other accounts that will have been closed. If Bet770 has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has committed or attempted to commit any fraud, Bet770 reserves the right to cancel any transaction pertaining to it, without prejudice to any other action.

3.7 A Player mustn't authorise any third party to use his account and the Player will be entirely responsible for all losses as a result of a third party using his account. The Player must immediately inform Bet770 if he suspects that another person has obtained access to his Account, and the Player will offer his full support to Bet770 while researching this issue.

3.8 The Player understands and agrees that Bet770 does not guarantee, in any capacity whatsoever, that the use of the site by the Player is legal in any given territory, and it is the Player's own responsibility to ensure the legality of its actions. Bet770 cannot provide a legal opinion on the legality of Internet gaming in the Player's country, nor can it accept any responsibility for any punishment that could be imposed on the Player by relevant authorities following illegal use of the website.

3.9 The Player must not request or create an account if he is in a jurisdiction in which the application for the opening of an Account and / or the use of our Services is illegal or against the law ( « Forbidden territories » ). 4. IDENTIFICATION

4.1 When a player requests an Account, Bet770 reserves the right to:

4.1.1 Request proof of your identity, age and origin of your funds, and even if the Player's account has been opened, to block it at our discretion whenever we are not satisfied with the information provided;

4.1.2 Cancel and return all stakes placed and prohibit your playing until your identity, age and / or origin of funds meet our satisfaction.

4.2 A Player's request for an Account will not be examined unless the Player provides Bet770 with the information requested.

5. PLAYER'S PERSONAL INFORMATION

5.1 The personal information that Bet770 is within its rights to request for registration are: first name, surname, sex, date of birth, home address, e-mail address, telephone number, language, currency, and passport number or ID card number. The Player is also required to provide details of his login of choice, ie a username and password. It is the Player's responsibility to ensure that all information provided is precise and up to date. 5.2 The username that the player chooses must not be obscene, threatening, racist, offensive, derogatory, defamatory or infringe any intellectual property right or property right of a third party and if Bet770 considers, in its sole and absolute discretion, that the username chosen by the player is inadequate, Bet770 reserves the right to reject and prevent the Player using such a username at any time and without having to informing him.

6. CURRENCY

6.1 Transactions can be made in Euros (EUR / €) or Pounds Sterling (GBP / £). The currency that the player uses must be the same currency that the player chose when he opened his account. Bet770 reserves the right to suspend the placing of bets or an outlay on bets and / or winnings respectively in certain currencies and to pay the balance in the respective currency on the Account.

7. DEPOSITS AND WITHDRAWALS

7.8 Each withdrawal made by credit / debit card (except MasterCard issued outside the UK) must be of at least €20 or the equivalent amount in another currency (except in the case of a final withdrawal to close an account) and should not exceed €5,000 or £ 5,000 or $5,000 per transaction. Bet770 can ask the player to provide hard copies of your passport or driver's license or official identification card. Bet770 may also request a hard copy of his credit card / debit card statements, indicating the beginning of the registered cards’ number. 8. TRANSACTION FEES

8.1 The Player understands and agrees that Bet770 implements a standard handling fee of 2% for every deposit made via a credit card for amounts under € 100 or the equivalent amount in Pound Sterling. 9. USE OF ACCOUNT BY THE PLAYER

9.1 The player's account is personal. The player must not let other people use his account, or bet or play using his Account, or use it to accept payments, bonuses or prizes. In particular, Bet770 will use its best efforts to prevent minors and other vulnerable people under the player’s supervision, to use their Account.

If an account is inactive (no games or transactions) for a period of 12 (twelve) months or more, an administration fee of €5  per month will be deducted from the Player Account. 9.7 Bet770 reserves the right to modify, suspend or revoke the use of all betting and gaming services or just some of them, either temporarily or permanently, at any time without notice or compensation, subject to compliance with its regulatory obligations and subject to fulfilling all other commitments under these Terms and Conditions.

9.8 Any claim relating to your Account statements or Account balance must be communicated to us within 14 days of publication of the account statement on the website. Continued use of the site during a period of more than 14 days from the date of publication of your Account statements, without a complaint, shall be deemed as a sign of acceptance from you.

10. BET770 LIVE VIDEO SERVICE

10.1 You agree to the Bet770 Terms and Conditions for the use of the Live Video service for the  Bet770 website.

11. TAXES

11.1 The payment of all taxes applicable to all winnings awarded to the bettor, and any other payments made to the bettors are the sole responsibility of the bettor. Winnings cannot be transferred, substituted or bought back.

12. PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITIES

12.1 By accepting prizes and / or winnings for one or more games, you irrevocably consent to the use of your username or your first name plus the initial of your last name for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation. We may also contact you to ask your permission to show other personal details about you.

13. SUSPENSION AND CLOSURE OF ACCOUNTS

13.1 In cases where the player misunderstands any point within these Terms and Conditions, Bet770 reserves the right at any time, without prior notice and without prejudice to any subsequent proceedings, to close the Player Account, deny access to all or part of the Bet770 Services, and in particular to refuse to accept a bet or transaction, or to withdraw promotional offers from Bet770 pending the conclusion of all proceedings. Any remaining positive balance in the Player account during and / or after the conclusion of all proceedings may be used to cover any loss or sums owed to Bet770 by the player.

13.2 Bet770 reserves the right to cooperate fully with law enforcement and Justice and any other official authority for any investigation of illegal activity on the website.

14. COMPENSATION

14.1 The player fully agrees to defend and compensate Bet770 (including court costs and legal fees), as well as representatives, directors, agents and employees of Bet770, in addition to any companies within the Group770 (including legal fees and lawyer fees) and its representatives, directors, agents and employees against any action / legal proceedings, claims, demands, or complaints made by a third party caused by or resulting from any violation committed by the player, in regards to the present Terms and Conditions or any document to which these Terms and Conditions refer, or any violation by the player in regards to laws or rights of third parties, or the use of the site by another person using the player’s personal details (username and password) with or without the player’s consent.

15. RESPONSIBLE GAMING

15.1 Bet770 is committed to providing a safe and responsible platform where players can use Bet770 services, and Bet770 and is keen to help players who become addicted to gaming or for those that Bet770 considers may become addicted  to face their problems and obtain the necessary advice and assistance.

15.2 The Player may request to be excluded from Bet770 Services at any time after registration and to block their account temporarily or permanently. Once the request is processed and the Player’s account is blocked, no further bets will be accepted and the Player account will be closed. The Player will not receive any more advertising from Bet770. When the Player contacts Bet770 to apply for individual exclusion, Bet770 will ask the player to choose between collecting the positive balance in his bank account / credit card (depending on the payment method used as a guarantee) or to leave it with Bet770 during the period of exclusion.

15.3 No account blocked as a result of exclusion proceedings may be unblocked during this period.

15.4 If the Player lets Bet770 know about his gambling addiction, Bet770 will try to do as much as possible to recommend companies or specialists, in the player’s country, who help with gambling addiction problems.

15.5 Bet770 reserves the right , at its discretion to block or close the Player account and return any positive balance, if Bet770 considers the Player has a gambling addiction and that continued use by Player of Bet770 Services could be detrimental to his health and / or well-being. On the request of the Player, Bet770 may transfer these funds into an account that is not under the control of Player.

15.6 Bet770 reserves the right to limit the amount of bets which can be made per player in order to protect players and prevent gambling addiction.

15.7 Bet770 will try to help the player with any issues. However, Bet770 is not responsible for disputes concerning the game.

15.8 If Bet770 suspects that the purpose of one or more transfers made by the player from his account to another account is to make money from currency, Bet770 reserves the right to make adjustments to the player account in order to remove all winnings that the player made from the fluctuation of the currency.

16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

16.1 All rights, trademarks, patents and other intellectual property rights on any material or content (including but not limited to, software, data, applications, information, text, photographs, music, sounds, videos, graphics, logos, symbols, artwork and other material or moving images) contained on the Site ("Content") belong to Bet770 or have been granted for our benefit by the owners of the use rights as part of the Service. No use of such Content and intellectual property rights relating thereto without the prior written consent and express consent of the owner is permitted. All rights are reserved.

16.2 In particular, as regards the Content (in whole or in part) the Player is forbidden, to engage in prohibited activities listed below (collectively, "Prohibited Activities"):

16.2.1 In the sale, transfer, lease, subcontract or enter into any act for third parties, except for what has already been agreed upon;

16.2.2 To change, edit, modify, adapt or restructure in any way;

16.2.3 To copy, distribute, perform or attempt to access the source code for any purpose;

16.2.4 To use the site for any unlawful or illegal purposes or in any way in breach of these Terms and conditions.

16.3 If the player commits a prohibited act, the Player will be entirely responsible for all damages, costs and expenses arising there from.

16.4 Bet770 gives the Player a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-negotiable and personal right to look at and  use the Content via PC, mobile phone, or other access device, only for personal and non-commercial reasons, and subject to strict compliance by the Player of these Terms and Conditions.

16.5 The Player may copy the Content in an unaltered form for private use on his own personal computer, mobile phone or other access device, if and to the extent that such a copy is required for appropriate use of Bet770 Services or of the Content and whether the copy is authorised by the person who possesses the intellectual property rights.

16.6 The Player should inform Bet770 immediately if he is aware of any unauthorised use or copying of any Content or any part of the site or any unauthorised access to any site or other unauthorised activities, including but not limited to, any prohibited activity related to the Services by any person or entity. The Player agrees to provide Bet770 with all the assistance necessary for any search Bet770 carries out in accordance with information that the Player provides Bet770 with. The Player grants Bet770 perpetual, irrevocable, free, worldwide permission, to reproduce, transfer, modify, adapt and / or edit any Content provided by the Player to Bet770, by email or otherwise, on the site, however seems appropriate to Bet770, without informing the Player, unless otherwise stated to the Player.

17. LIMITATION OF RESPONSIBILITY

17.1 Without limiting the range of these Terms and Conditions, the Player agrees that Bet770 will not be liable to the Player or third parties on the basis of liability in contract, tort, and on the basis of civil liability unintentionally or otherwise, for any loss, damage resulting from, but not limited to:

17.1.1 Any losses that arise from the use of the Site by the player, including, losses or damage for loss of revenue, lost profits, interruption to business, loss of business information, or other losses (even if the player notified Bet770 of such loss);

17.1.2 Any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from a player using any link to any websites found on the site;

17.1.3 Any delay or interruption of service, errors in information or services provided (such as data entry data transmission), loss or corruption of data or communication failure or line failure, any accidental transmission of viruses or anything causing harm, unauthorized use or misuse of the player's betting account or any act of God.

17.2 Nothing in these Terms will exclude or restrict Bet770’s responsibility in regards to the relevant laws.

17.3 The player agrees that any liability incurred by Bet770, and regardless of the cause or form of action, can under no circumstances exceed the sum of five hundred (500) Euros

18. DISASTER RECOVERY

18.1 Although Bet770 expects that the site will always function conforming to existing licences, Bet770 reserves the right to transfer the running of the site to another territory at any time, and more precisely to emergency servers in case of disaster. In such a case, and following the existing 770 group structure, one or more than one companies, located in other territories, may act as an agent or may provide services to Bet770 in order to ensure than the site remains available for players, and is subject to the points in these Terms and Conditions and conforms to all licences.

19.1 A player may contact Bet770 at any time for any questions or help. To provide a better service and better protection, telephone calls may be recorded and / or monitored by staff.

19.2 Bet770 does not tolerate abusive or violent behaviour towards its employees. Bet770 considers that if a player behaves in this way, Bet770 reserves the right to suspend and / or close the player's account and / or take any other appropriate action.

20. GENERAL

20.1 Bet770 may defer implementation of their rights under these Terms without abandoning their rights and without losing them.

20.2 Failure for Bet770 to exercise their rights under these Terms does not constitute a general waiver of those rights.

20.3 Bet770 will not be liable to the Player of a breach of these Terms caused by circumstances beyond the control of Bet770 or in instances of force majeure.

20.4 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Player and Bet770 regarding the use of the service by the Player and supersede all previous agreements regarding the service.

20.5 If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that reflects as closely as possible the intent of the original provision and the remainder of these Terms will continue to full effect.

21. CHANGES

21.1 The player accepts that Bet770 may change, update or change these Terms and Conditions in any way at any time, at the sole discretion of Bet770. Such changes will be legally binding and will take effect as soon as they are published on the website or as soon as you are notified. It is the player’s sole responsibility to ensure he knows the Terms and Conditions  in place. The player agrees to accept the changes in the Terms and Conditions if he wishes to remain active on Bet770.

22. APPLICABLE LAW

22.1 This contract is governed by the discretion of Bet770 or by the laws of England or by the laws of Dutch Antilles, whose courts are competent to settle any dispute arising there from. Bet770 cannot accept liability under the laws of another jurisdiction.

23. RULES OF BETS

23.1 Placing a Bet

23.1.1 All bets placed on Bet770 are between two parties: Bet770 and the player who made the bet. Each bet is considered valid as soon as the player confirms his bet on the site and confirmed as soon as the stake appears in the player's account. Once the bet is confirmed, the player can not cancel it or change it.

23.1.2 Bet770 reserves the right to refuse to validate bets without giving notice, justification or compensation. Bet770 will not be responsible for clerical errors of typing, transmission or odds. Bet770 reserves the right to correct later, with retroactive effect, any obvious errors about unforeseen events or results (eg an erroneous reversal of the teams, results, etc.).

23.1.3 The player agrees, when placing a bet that:

i. He was not informed of the outcome of events involved in a bet once the bet is placed;

ii. The bet is not affected by an event in which the player is actively involved in any capacity whatsoever. In such cases, Bet770 reserves the right to cancel the bet (s) concerned;

iii. In cases where information on the likely outcome of a competition might be announced during the period that bet is being confirmed, Bet770 have the right to cancel the bet concerned. For individual bets, this means that Bet770 will refund the stake in the player's account. For multiple bets, the bets will not be cancelled, but the odds will be calculated without taking into account the odds of the bet which was declared void. The odds will be set at 1.00.

iv. If a bet is on an event in which it has been established that the results had been fixed or predetermined, Bet770 has the right to cancel this bet.

v. Bet770 indicates the time and the time limit after which it is no longer possible to place a bet, regardless of the real start time of the event. Bet770 enforces the rule that the winner of a specific competition is the person or team declared the winner at midnight on the day that the event ends. Any change of results or classification arising after this time limit, for example due to a disciplinary measure,  has no impact on the outcome of the competition, stated earlier. However, if evidence is established that the result has been prearranged, Bet770 reserves the right to cancel bets placed on this competition so that the player gets back his stake.

vi. With the exception of bets placed on tennis and baseball matches, if an event (game or competition) is cancelled, postponed or put back to a later date, all bets already placed are still valid if the event takes place within 48 hours of its original departure time. Otherwise, bets will be considered to be void. However, bets connected to results that have already been announced at the time of the suspension (for example, the result at half-time) will be paid as usual. In case competitions are presented incorrectly (eg confusion between home team / away team or an opponent who is not playing against the team shown), the relevant bets will be void. If at least two competitors are declared winners (tie), the odds will be recalculated so that the player's winnings are divided by the number of tied winners.
For example: In a Formula 1 race, scenario in which Lewis Hamilton has odds of 6.00 to win and Fernando Alonso has odds of 3.00 to win. If the two cars cross the finish line at exactly the same time, both are winners. If the player bet £5 on a Hamilton victory, the winnings will be calculated as follows: 5 x (((6-1) / 2) + 1) = £17.50 winnings. If the player bet £10 on a Alonso victory, his winnings will be calculated as follows: 10 x (((3-1) / 2) + 1) = £20 winnings. If there are any mistakes / discrepancies with names and numbers of a competitor, Bet770 will take the name of the competitor accounted for, for results of bets.
For bets placed on a tennis match, if a player abandons the match, the bet will be void and will be refunded. If it is a system or combination bet, the odds are reset to 1. 

 

For all cancelled or postponed baseball games, all bets that have already been placed, remain valid if the event takes place within 12 hours of the original scheduled start time; all other bets will be cancelled.

vii. Bet770’s recordings are definitive proof of validity and limits of all the bets that players place and the circumstances in which they were made.

23.2 Winnings from sports bets

23.2.1 Winnings will be automatically paid into the player's account as soon as possible after the event is completed, they can be used immediately to place other bets.
23.2.2 Bet770 reserves the right to correct any potential calculation errors in the player's account balance at any time, including bets whose winnings have been awarded. Bet770 will contact the player with a report of corrections made.

23.2.3 The maximum winnings that can be paid is limited to £20,000 per player per bet, regarding a single bet or multiple. Bet770 applies this rule without obligation to notify the player - when the player confirms his bet - the potential winnings for the bet that the player has just placed is above the limit of £20,000 that will be paid if the player wins his bet.

23.2.4 The maximum winnings that can be accumulated in one week (Monday at 00:01 until the following Sunday at midnight (CET) is £50,000. The minimum stake for all bets is £0.25. There is no maximum limit set for bets, however Bet770 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake for some bets, without disclosing it on the website. If this is the case and if the player places a bet with a stake that exceeds the limit set by Bet770, the system will accept the bet and inform the player. If the player has placed several identical bets (single bets or combination bets, single or multiple) and the winnings exceed this limit, Bet770 reserves the right to reduce the stakes that the player has placed on these bets so that the winnings are within the limits.

23.3 Sports Bets Promotions

23.3.1 Players may be eligible to participate in bonus programs, the conditions of which will be at the discretion of Bet770 and non communicable. Any bonus offered by Bet770 is limited to one per account per household. The player cannot use free bets to bet on combination bets unless a first deposit has been made first. To withdraw winnings from the bonus, the bonus (or other promotions) must be bet eight times on one or more different matches, with minimum odds of 1.5.

23.3.2 For credit and account balance that have been credited thanks to promotions, the player is aware that only one bonus will be awarded per e-mail address and per credit card or Moneybookers account. The same rule applies to referral: Bet770 will not give a bonus for a referral if the referrer and the referee have the same email address or credit card.

23.3.3 Bet770 reserves the right to cancel a bonus offer at any time in case of misuse of the offer. For accounts credited with a bonus - the player's first bet will be firstly taken from the deposit and then from the bonus. If the player attempts to withdraw the bonus just after his first deposit, the bonus will not be credited and will be automatically cancelled. The player must be aware that he may only receive or benefit from offers that apply to his country of residence. Bonuses can be used on all sports bets on Bet770.

23.3.4 Every player can enjoy a maximum bonus of £500 or 10 bonuses per month.
